I agree with your concerns and can say the support I did receive going through Amazon support was very good as they reached out to the manufacturer on my behalf. Since they are a foreign company I don't think they have English speaking support is my guess. All in all we are still very happy with both our mixers. Oh no what happened? Why isn't it working anymore?

They are a China based company and after we purchased our second one from Amazon we wanted to purchase another beater attachment and had the same issue trying to find a company site or where to purchase the attachment so we reached out to Zacame through Amazon where we purchased the mixer and they sent us a Amazon link to purchase the attachment which we purchased and received. All I can base my review on is our experience with both of our mixers which we are still using and loving today. Personally I feel this is a solid mixer and using it daily in our business it has been a true asset. My wife who makes our cheesecakes each and everyday loves these mixers and she was a die hard Kitcheaid fan before we purchased these for our shop. I appreciate you watching @gizzyguzzi and I hope this helps answer your skepticism.

The wood is from a maple tree. My next stand I will be using pvc pipe instead of wood :)

I believe there is a way to rotate the blade, I haven't tried but, check youtube I am sure there is a video that shows cleaning and rotating the blade. Let me know

Insert cutting head? You shouldn't have to insert anything or put anything together. The can opener is ready to use right out of the box. Just tilt the can under the bar, lock it in and push down the lever.

This is a great question and I never tried inputing GPS coordinates, however, I have had times where I enter an address to a delivery or pick-up and the GPS was not able to find the address, which in those cases I would pull up google maps and find a building close to where I was going, try that address and use that in the GPS, then would save the location once I arrived so if I was to come back it would already be saved in my GPS which is something I always do is save the locations. This for me made it quicker and reminded me if it was a place I went to before. Let me know if you get it figured out. I appreciate you and hope you have an awesome day.

I used the bath tub

The top handle is metal and the front cover is plastic.

No there isn't, had to go to the company to get the nsf verification which is what we submitted to our health department for approval of the mixer. The mixer is SGS certified which is OSHA compliant. I hope this helps

Congrats on your purchase your gonna love it. Yes the top has a plastic cover. The bottom has a cover also. Never took it off to see what's under, however, in my opinion it's a sturdy mixer. Let me know what you think of it :)

Great question. I am sure there is a way. I never tried, however, a hair dryer might work to heat up the glue on the tape or maybe soaking it in soapy water. If you figure it out let me know. I will also try a few things the next time I change out my grips. Thanks for watching.
